FieldDraft is an app in ChatGPT’s directory. Describe a job in a chat and ChatGPT drafts the quote with FieldDraft, using only the prices in your FieldDraft price book. Lines it can’t match are flagged, never guessed. Then open the quote in FieldDraft to review and send it.

You need a FieldDraft account (14 days free, no card) with a few items in your price book.

Add the app

    Find FieldDraft

    In ChatGPT, open the apps directory, search FieldDraft and add it. Or type @FieldDraft at the start of a message and pick it from the list.

    Sign in

    Sign in with your FieldDraft account and approve access. ChatGPT gets no access to anything else in your account settings or billing.

    Ask

    For example: “@FieldDraft draft a quote: 200A panel upgrade and a 50A EV charger circuit for John Smith.”

Tip: ChatGPT doesn’t always pick FieldDraft on its own. Start the message with @FieldDraft and it will.

What ChatGPT can do with FieldDraft

Your quotes, from the chat.

  • Draft a quote from a job description, priced only from your price book.
  • Find and open your quotes, and search your price book (“what do I charge for a GFCI?”).
  • Change a quote’s lines when you ask: quantities, prices, adding or removing lines.
  • Push a quote to Jobber and sync your price book from Jobber, only when you ask and confirm.
  • Nothing goes to your customer from ChatGPT. You review the quote in FieldDraft and send it yourself.

What does ChatGPT send to FieldDraft?

Only what each request needs, such as the job description or a quote number. FieldDraft never reads your chat history. Details in our privacy policy.

How do I disconnect?

Remove FieldDraft in ChatGPT’s apps settings. Your quotes and price book stay in your FieldDraft account.
