What we collect
- Account details from your sign-in provider: name and email address.
- Job-site photos and voice notes you upload, and the text transcribed from them.
- Your Jobber products and services list and the quotes you create, so drafts can use your own prices.
- Jobber OAuth tokens, stored encrypted, used only to read your price book and create quotes you ask for.
How we use it
Only to draft and manage your quotes. Photos and transcripts are sent to our AI provider to produce the draft and are not used to train models. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Inside ChatGPT
When you use FieldDraft as a ChatGPT plugin we receive only the text of the tool calls ChatGPT makes on your behalf. We never read or reconstruct your chat history.
Retention and deletion
Quotes stay until you delete them. Disconnecting Jobber deletes the stored tokens. Email support@fielddraftapp.com to delete your account and all data.
